9th Week

This week I gonna drill the PCB board to put the component through the hole.

Drilling the board.

Every holes and do not miss even one.

Check every holes to make sure you can see trough it

# After done drilling the holes, I cut the board with my measurement.

Cut the board by using drill is much easy.

Do not let the drill touch the cooper layer!

Make sure its straight to make its look nice.

After cutting.

Now finish!

My palm size is much much bigger.

# Now i need to solder all the components, I need a 100% concentrate during this session because my PCB board is quite complex. So, all the components is close to each other.

see how complex the circuit. Its very small.

its not that simple as you see unless you already professional.

The fact is, my hand do shacked from feared the soldering iron will gonna burn the component whenever i put it at one component for too long.
